Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Atlantic Charters Inc. By booking or using our charter bus and motor coach services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all reservations, services, and transportation agreements provided by Atlantic Charters Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Reservations & Payments

  • A reservation is not confirmed until a signed agreement and required deposit are received.

  • Full payment is typically due prior to the scheduled service date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Pricing is based on trip details provided at the time of booking. Changes may result in price adjustments.

2. Name Your Price™ Option

  • The Name Your Price™ option allows customers to submit a preferred budget.

  • Submission does not guarantee acceptance of the requested price.

  • Atlantic Charters Inc. reserves the right to accept, counter, or decline any Name Your Price request based on availability, operating costs, and trip requirements.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on trip type, vehicle size, and travel dates.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within a specified period before service may result in partial or full charges.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time, early returns, or passenger no-shows.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Any changes to pickup times, locations, destinations, or duration must be approved in advance.

  • Additional time, mileage, tolls, parking, or driver hours may incur extra charges.

  • Atlantic Charters Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete trip information.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must follow all driver instructions and safety guidelines.

  • The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Illegal drugs or substances

    • Smoking or vaping on the vehicle

    • Standing or moving while the vehicle is in motion

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only when allowed by law and with prior written approval.

  • Excessive mess, damage, or misconduct may result in cleaning or repair fees.

6. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • The customer is financially responsible for any damage caused by passengers.

  • Cleaning fees may apply for excessive trash, spills, bodily fluids, or odors.

  • Repairs, downtime, or out-of-service costs may be billed accordingly.

7. Delays, Traffic & Force Majeure

  • Atlantic Charters Inc. is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, acts of God, or events beyond our control.

  • In the event of a vehicle issue, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle when available.

  • No refunds will be issued for delays outside our control.

8. Hours of Service & Overtime

  • Charter services are subject to federal and state Hours of Service regulations.

  • Driver overtime, extended hours, or required rest periods may result in additional charges.

  • If legal driving limits are reached, service may be delayed or terminated for safety compliance.

9. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Passengers assume all risks associated with transportation services.

  • Atlantic Charters Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and covered by our insurance policies.

10. Insurance Coverage

  • Atlantic Charters Inc. maintains up to $5,000,000 in commercial liability insurance, as required by law.

  • Insurance documentation is available upon request.

  • Coverage does not extend to personal belongings.

11. School & Youth Group Requirements

  • Adult supervision is required for all school and youth group trips.

  • Schools and organizations are responsible for student behavior and compliance with all policies.

  • Atlantic Charters Inc. reserves the right to refuse service if safety standards are not met.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Atlantic Charters Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if:

  • Passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior

  • Payment terms are not met

  • Conditions pose a risk to passengers, driver, or vehicle

13. Website Use

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
