Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with passengers and colleagues

Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for passengers
•
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•
CDL: 3 years (Required)
•
Passenger Endorsement (Required)
•
CDL B (Required)

Responsibilities
•
Safely operate a bus or other type of vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations
•
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure
•
Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and securing their belongings
•
Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns
•
Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior
•
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
•
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
•
Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate authorities
•
Follow company policies and procedures regarding passenger safety and security
